Maintenance Schedule
This page is maintained in order to inform customers of scheduled maintenance to our systems and network. Please note that all times are approximate. All maintenance is scheduled to change on short notice if circumstances should warrant it. The purpose for these maintenance periods are to update software and perform snap-shot image backups. We have implemented this new snap shot image backup process due to recent events and problems with our backup software. While we are now using a different more reliable network backup system, we are no longer relying on a single backup solution for data protection. From this day forward, we will be backing up data using multiple methods. The servers must be taken off-line to perform snap-shot image backups, but this is necessary on a periodic basis to ensure reliable backup and quick recovery of all data.

All Schedules are maintained in such a matter to disrupt as few customers as possible as the majority of customers will be asleep during most of these maintenance periods. We apologize for any disruption that may occur for some customers. Also note that some server will take longer then others. Backup time is dependent on how much data there is on the server. the more data, the longer it will take to backup the data.

NOTICE: We will be performing maintenance on our SQL Servers on Saturday 5/31/2008 between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Most of the maintenance can be done without interruption to service. Some maintenance may require a restart of the SQL servers. As a result, there is a possibility of some downtime of perhaps 15 minutes or so during this maintenance period. Also note that this downtime will affect all SharePoint V2 and SharePoint V3 sites as well as any customer sites running E-commerce web stores.
