Note: Most support issues are handled within 1 hour during regular business hours of 7:30am to 5pm PST. Monday thru Friday and within 3 hours during off business hours.

If 724 Hosting does not respond by Midnight the same day, your account will be credited 1 month free service up to a maximum of $25.00.

Same day response guarantee means we will respond and acknowledge your message and advise you as to our actions or to the actions you must perform to correct the problem yourself. 95% of all problems can be solved usually within an hour. About 5% of problems require further knowledge and research and cannot necessarily be corrected within the same day and may be delayed. 724 Hosting cannot guarantee a corrective action the same day as the problem could be too complex our out of our control.
