Monitoring:

HTTPS, FTP, DNS,
SMTP and POP.
The HTTP and
HTTPS ports are
monitored once
per minute while

Our engineers
will alert you
and the 724
Hosting NOC of
possible system
downtime.

hosting

tests of the
HTTP port will
actually
retrieve a web
page to ensure
that the
applications
behind the HTTP
request (ASP,
PHP, Perl, etc.)
are operating
correctly. If
any test fails,
a second test is
immediately
attempted and if
that test fails,

contacted via
email and our
NOC center will
be alerted as
well.

the actions you
wish the NOC to

repair process

stopping/starting

daemons and if
