Our SharePoint items seem
to be created and modified in the Pacific Time Zone. We are in a
different Time Zone, how do we update SharePoint to reflect our time
zone?

This is a setting that
you can apply when administering SharePoint. To change the time zone
setting, follow the steps below:
- Open your web browser
and access your SharePoint site.
- Click your Site
Settings link. Site Settings is a header link near the
top in V.2 and it's in a dropdown menu near the upper right for
SharePoint v.3.
- Under the "Management
and Statistics" section click on the "Change regional settings
link"
- In the "Time Zone"
section change time zone to the one you want
- Click the "OK" button
to apply the changes
